In accordance with the French Law on Information Technology and Freedoms (Law 78-17 of 6 January 1978), you therefore have the right to access and correct any personal data concerning you. To enforce these rights, please submit a request by contacting us at communication@ncpa-tourisme.fr .

1. ACCESS TO THE CONTENT

The media library is open-access, meaning that you can download a selection of images provided by the Tourist Information Office. It’s completely free!

To access the other photographs, you will need to sign up for an account. This access is intended exclusively for certain categories of user (press, partners, etc.), under the conditions set out in the paragraph below. Access can be obtained solely by creating an account and having your user profile approved by the Tourist Information Office. As a reminder, your username and password are personal and confidential and should not be disclosed to anyone.

 2. AUTHORISED USE

Photographs are intended to be used solely for the promotion of tourism and events in the Normandy Cabourg Pays d’Auge region. Any usage for commercial purposes (postcards, advertisements, posters, etc.) and displays involving the purchase of advertising space are prohibited.

Furthermore, certain photographs may have additional specific restrictions on their use set out on their technical sheet. These sheets must therefore be read particularly carefully.

Users and other third parties are prohibited from modifying, transferring or selling in any manner whatsoever any photographs, videos or documents downloaded other than under the conditions set out in the section on “authorised use”.

3. COPYRIGHT AND PHOTO CREDIT MANDATORY

All images must be accompanied by a photo credit (in the format: ©Nameofphotographer-OTINCPA). The legal notice that must appear is available in the descriptive sheet for each photograph.

If a date is given on which rights to a visual expire, the user undertakes to destroy the file supplied and to refrain from making further use of it once the expiry date for their rights has elapsed.

4. PROOF OF PUBLICATION

For each use of a visual, proof of publication must be sent to us within two months after publication.

  • For print publications: two copies should be sent free of charge to: “Office de tourisme Normandie Cabourg Pays d’Auge. Service Médiathèque. Jardin de l’Hôtel de Ville. 14390 Cabourg”
  • For online publications: the URL should be sent to the following address: communication@ncpa-tourisme.fr

The Tourist Information Office reserves the right to check that photographs have been used in a suitable manner.

5. LEGAL PROVISIONS

These general terms and conditions of use are, in accordance with applicable law in France, expressly subject to the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code. Any usage that does not comply with these terms and conditions may give rise to legal action before the competent courts.

If one or more of the provisions of these GTCU are not respected, the Tourist Information Office reserves the right to cancel access to the media library and to bring legal action before the competent courts, as stipulated by law.
